Getting Started

What is an affiliate program?

An affiliate program is a form of partnership between a merchant and an advertiser. The merchant credits the advertiser for revenue generated as a result of the advertiser's marketing efforts. In a nutshell, an affiliate program is a way for advertisers to earn a portion of a merchant's revenue.

The Pantasia Affiliate program is a way for Pantasia to reward the individuals and companies that promote our casino. Affiliates promote our casino via a variety of media, most typically via the web, and in return we pay a commission on the revenue generated earned as a result of the players sent to the casino.

The industry term for profit is "Adjusted Net Win", which is often abbreviated as "ANW". ANW is simple to calculate. It is a player's deposits minus their withdrawals and chargebacks. The more players you send the more commissions you earn.

How does it work?

The way it works is simple. When a visitor to your site clicks on one of the casino banners you have placed they are sent to our website along with a tracking code. If the visitor downloads the casino, deposits money and starts playing you earn a commission.

The commission you earn is based on the casino gross revenue attributed to the players you refer. There is no limit to what you can earn. It depends solely on the players you direct to the casino and how much they play.

Your earning potential is not limited to referring players. You can earn additional cash by referring other affiliates!

Technical

Where do I find my tracking code?

We don't provide you with a unique affiliate code or ID like many affiliate programs do. Instead, we provide unique codes for every banner in each of your campaigns. This means that you actually have several unique codes and allows for more precise tracking of impressions, clicks, downloads and revenue.

You might think that this adds unnecessary complexity but it really is simple. We provide all the HTML code necessary for placing your banners so adding a banner is just a simple copy/paste.

This allows more specific, fine-grained tracking of your banner performance. Each banner is tracked separately and you can see this in the reports. You can drill down to individual banners and determine which are performing better than others.

If simplicity is your major concern, you may create one campaign with one banner and use that everywhere. That will work just fine and all your commissions will get recorded properly. However, using a different banner, and thus different banner ID's, for each page on your site allows you to track the effectiveness of different pages.

Where do I get the banners?

Pantasia Affiliates provides all the banners, text links and marketing material you need to promote Pantasia Casino. To add banners to your site you simply login to the affiliate site, create a campaign and add a banner.

How do you track the players I send you?

Our Affiliate Program tracks how every player comes to one of our sites. When you refer a customer to our website that information is recorded and attached to their download. The players you recruit are linked to you in this manner and will forever be linked to you as long as they remain a player.

In other words, we share every penny that player spends with you for life and we guarantee it!

How often are my statistics updated?

We record player data in real-time as it happens. For performance reasons the data may not be reflected in your statistics and reports for up to an hour.

Do I need a website to be an affiliate?

You do not need a website to promote our casino, but most affiliates do the vast majority of their advertising online. Some of our affiliates are doing quite well with offline advertising but it allows some players to slip through the cracks.

In order for us to track the players you send to our casino we use tracking codes in the banners we provide. If you are advertising offline there are ways to track the responses but they are less accurate. Because a potential player must note your specific tracking code, and this create potential for error, there is no way for us to guarantee that you are credited for absolutely every player you send our way.

Pantasia Affiliates works with a wide variety of sites. The best way to find out whether your site is appropriate is to sign-up for an account. Account Issues

How do I change my personal details?

Under the "Edit Info" tab you may change your personal details.

What if I have more than one website, do I need a separate account for each of my sites?

No, you do not need seperate accounts for each site. You can manage campaigns and banners for many websites from a single affiliate account. In fact, we do not allow multiple affiliate accounts for any one person or company.


Financial

When do I receive commission payments?

Pantasia processes affiliate commission payments promptly and you can expect to receive your commission for a given month by the 15th day of the following month.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer our affiliates several options for receiving their commission payments. You may choose from the following methods:

  • Deposit to a Pantasia or Mayan Fortune casino account
  • NETeller
  • Skrill (MoneyBookers)
  • EcoPayz
  • Player Account Direct Deposit
  • Wire Transfer ($1,000 minimum)

We make commission payments every month your balance is above $50. Balances carry over from month-to-month so you will receive your commission even if it takes you several months to reach $50.

Note: If you reside outside of North America your earnings must reach at least $100 before we issue payment.

How do I check my commissions and progress?

Log in to your account at https://affiliates.pantasia.com to check your statistics as often as you like. To check your lifetime earnings, generate a commission report with a date range that spans the entire time you have been an Affilitate.

Do negative balances carry over to the next month?

No, negative balances will not carry over to the next month. If you have a month with negative commission you will start at zero on the first day of the next month.

What happens in the event of a chargeback?

A chargeback is when a credit card merchant refunds a customer after the customer successfully disputes an item on their credit card statement.

Unfortunately there are a small percentage of players that abuse this system. After making a successful deposit these abusive players claim they never made the purchase so they can get their money back from the credit card company. Our casino takes every possible measure to prevent chargeback abuse, however, in the unlikely event that they occur, the amount will be deducted from the casino revenue and it may negatively affect your commission.

What do I do if one of your affiliates is spamming me?

Please contact customer service at the e-mail address above. We do not condone SPAM and any affiliate found to be sending SPAM is in breach of their agreement with us. Each report of SPAM is handled on a case-by-case basis but typically we will suspend or terminate the offending affiliate's account.
